Our roots go back to 1984, when David Stobbe and Carol Lynn Jackson founded Creative Productions Canada. At that time, we were a creative advertising agency, with a broad clientele that included insurance companies, financial-service providers and consumer-products manufacturers.

In 1994 and 1995, Chris McEvenue and Kevin Bell respectively joined our company as principals. They brought us their extensive experience in mainstream advertising and healthcare marketing. Known then as CPC Loyalty Communications, we focused on relationship marketing and loyalty-program development across several industries, including healthcare.

We realized that relationship marketing and ROI-driven strategies from other sectors offered tremendous synergies within healthcare. So we began developing solutions that focused on changing consumer and patient behaviour. It became our goal to make pharmaceutical companies aware of the financial opportunities that exist as a result of positively impacting patient compliance, persistency and loyalty. The pursuit of that goal lead us to the next stage of our evolution and, inevitably, to become the company we are today.

We are CPC Healthcare Communications, a division of CPC Loyalty Communications. We were formed in 1997, when our sole focus became healthcare. We offer comprehensive marketing solutions for prescription (Rx) and over-the-counter (OTC) brands, as well as medical devices.
