You will provide vision and leadership to a team of accomplished communication professionals. Respected by clients and appreciated by peers, you are knowledgeable in both Rx and OTC marketing and should have at least 5 to 7 years of progressive marketing responsibility in an agency or a healthcare setting. Throughout your career, you've fostered a collaborative, team-oriented approach that encourages the sharing of ideas and goals. Your success is distinguished by the development, depth and longevity of profitable client relationships.
The successful candidate will be a strategist and business manager capable of identifying opportunities for new and existing clients. Responsibilities include forecasting potential revenue for accounts, meeting budget targets, developing marketing plans and strategies to meet client objectives as well as assembling and supervising the account team.
Account Manager
You are a bright, dynamic and energetic individual who is ready to be working on "meatier" marketing projects. You are committed to client relationships and have 3 to 5 years of solid agency or client experience. You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record and a comfort level with senior clients. Ideally you have a university degree (sciences/journalism/marketing), superior listening and client-liaison skills, as well as excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Account Executive
You are an enthusiastic, highly organized self-starter who is not intimidated by science. You effectively manage projects to ensure things stay on track, on time and on target. You have 2 to 3 years of recent experience in direct marketing, advertising or healthcare. Strong research and analytical abilities, PC skills and database experience are an asset.
Medical Writer You are a capable medical writer, with at least 1-2 years of Rx advertising
experience, seeking to develop your skill in an agency-of-record setting.
You have a portfolio of published branded and/or unbranded material
developed for pharmaceutical clients. You can work with a team to creatively
and strategically meet client objectives. You have some exposure to the
regulatory environment. You have the editorial dexterity to engage an array
of audiences, through a variety of media, formats, and environments. You
preferably hold university degrees in biology/health sciences and/or
journalism/communications. You are an active listener and communicator.
